cookies


Dry cake Cinnamon Chili Crescent

Materials:
25 g finely ground Mandel
150 gr flour
Powdered sugar 40 gr
30 g finely ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon chili powder
100 gr butter
1 yolk
Salt to taste
How to make:
1. Mandel pan-fried without oil until golden yellow. Chill.
2. Mix with flour, powdered sugar, hazelnuts, cinnamon and chili powder.
3. Adoni mixture with butter, egg yolk, and a little salt until the dough smooth. Wrap with plastic, refrigerate 1 hour.
4. Like a crescent form.
5. Preheat oven to 200oc. Put the dough in the pan that was covered with butcher paper. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Garnish with chocolate that had been withdrawn.
