cookies


Dry cake Cinnamon Chili Crescent

Materials:
25 g finely ground Mandel
150 gr flour
Powdered sugar 40 gr
30 g finely ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon chili powder
100 gr butter
1 yolk
Salt to taste
How to make:
1. Mandel pan-fried without oil until golden yellow. Chill.
2. Mix with flour, powdered sugar, hazelnuts, cinnamon and chili powder.
3. Adoni mixture with butter, egg yolk, and a little salt until the dough smooth. Wrap with plastic, refrigerate 1 hour.

dessert was really important to end the activities of our meal. This dessert is usually served after dinner. are also, in the form of food a sweet tooth, or who have a strong taste like cheese. This desert culture comes from the West which in today's general development is relatively new. well, here's a recipe to make puddings that can be used as your dinner desert.

VANILLA custard

Pudding Ingredients:

500 cc of liquid milk
150 gr sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 packet of white gelatin

Material Fla.:

1 / 2 cans sweetened condensed milk white
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons corn meal flour, dissolved in water
2 egg yolks, beaten
Water 300 ml

How to Make Custard:

2. Pour the pudding into the mold. chill until cold.

How to Make Fla:

1. Place all ingredients except eggs and flour corn meal. Mix well, simmer over low heat.

special banana




Bananas are now commonplace. Less attractive. most just fried or maybe just steamed. I have a few tricks to make the banana so much more appealing and delicious of course.

Ingredients:

quite ripe bananas, roughly diced
grated cheese
chocolate cooking dark, coarse grated
spring rolls
white
cooking oil

Method:

1st. piece of banana mixed with cheese and dark cooking that has been shredded chocholate
2. input into the spring roll, then roll
3. paint edges with egg white
4th. fry until golden brown. Serve warm

let's make Aceh noodle !!!!

Ingredients:

Wet noodle 400 gr / yellow noodles
750 ml beef broth
150 g shrimp wet, clean, remove the skin.

2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil.

spices

5 cloves shallots
3 cloves garlic
4 red chilies, seeded
½ tbsp turmeric powder
4 grains of cardamom
1 tsp cumin, toasted
1 teaspoon pepper

complementary:

pickled cucumbers
fried chips

I create:

1st. saute chopped onion and garlic until fragrant. enter the meat, stir, cook until meat changes color. add shrimp and tomato. stir

2. enter the stock, sledri, chives and vinegar. cook until meat cooked and reduced water with occasional stirring.

3. enter the cabbage and bean sprouts. stir well. add noodles and soy sauce until all ingredients blend well. foster, serve with pickled cucumber and fried chips.............
